Holley & Associates Design is a Full Service Professional Residential and light Commercial Design Firm, offering unique "Custom Home" plan designs for projects of all sizes and price ranges. No project, large or small, should have different priorities when it comes to meeting the balance of comfort, form, function and efficiency in design and cost.
The experience in plan design along with additional areas of the Industry, including Construction Management, Cost estimating, Material purchasing and hands on experience in many areas of Residential and Light Commercial Construction give
us the ability to produce designs that look appealing and fit a variety of budgets and marketplaces.
We offer Professional Designs for Custom Home Builders, with plan sets of various sizes and varying exteriors, so a home design concept can be used several times for different Homeowners and never be the very same home when completed. Additional Sales tools for marketing your product are available on request, and are priced on a per job basis. We are happy to work with your Real Estate or Marketing representatives, so have them call us for a quote.
We offer Drafting Services to help builders have existing "Hand Drawn" plans transferred to CAD for use again, adding ease of revisions and changes for future use and insuring accuracy, or just to take a sketched idea and put it in digital format.
Our personalized service puts our individual "Homeowner" clients
and Home Building Contractors in a unique position as you will see, "It is all about the Individual, and the attention to detail". Listening to, and giving
our clients what is desire and needed while staying on track and on budget. Taking the time necessary to help

Knowing it takes more than just some ideas and spaces to create a "GOOD DESIGN", we are committed to making those items flow together effortlessly in every way, providing the most unique and efficient plan designs available. As an "Owner" or a "Builder" we can serve your needs by designing homes that you "Live In", NOT "Live With",
and can "Sell" when your a builder doing a Spec-home.
It is important to have and continue to develop good relationships with our Contractors
and their Subs, Clients, owners and many quality suppliers, and manufacturers as you will see listed throughout the site.
We continue to do this every day on every project in order to provide exceptional Home plan designs based on reputable quality products, services and the important feedback from our customers about these items, and about living within the designs upon completion.

About
the owner
Born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, growing up in Kokomo, Indiana, a 1979 Graduate of Taylor High School and currently residing with his family in Westfield, Indiana, a northern Indianapolis suburb in Hamilton County.
James L. Holley, Professional Designer.
Designing for
over 20 years, primarily in the Indianapolis, Indiana Metropolitan area and Hamilton County. Other states for "Custom Designs" include the Carolinas, Connecticut, Kentucky, Maryland Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia to name
a few. He has been Working with many Top Builders in this growing local area
market, many of them for over 10 years. He has designed homes for many
clients more than once as they return to him and trust his ability to Develop and Adapt Design Styles that can serve many needs,
as well as many markets and geographical areas. Whether working with builders or homeowners, contracts, spec homes and specific,
unique designs for owners, he will be able to complete the design and help maintain the budget. (See What Clients Say)
With a degree in "Architectural Engineering" and additionally over 12
years of hands on experience in Construction and Construction
Management. The son of an Electrical, Heating, Cooling and Plumbing
Contractor, his career started in Kokomo, Indiana in 1980.
Additional experience includes Project Management, Construction Cost and
Material Estimating, Engineered Wood product engineering/design and
supply and Material Purchasing for small and large scale products and
environments.

About
my Associate
Jan. 2007
Michael J. Gunn joins the Holley & Associates Design team.
 Mike
and his family currently reside in Westfield, IN. With more than 10
years in various fields of construction including framing, roofing,
siding, interior trim work and construction/ job site management Mike
brings his many skills in the field to the design aspect of the
business. Mike is also experienced in sales, management and customer
service.
After attending high school in the Dallas
metropolitan area Mike and his family moved to Kokomo, IN where he
attended Ivy Tech and was involved with various computer related
classes. He then used the skills he learned to become a computer lab
technician at Indiana University at Kokomo.
Mike continued to attend classes at
Indiana University at Kokomo while he was working, furthering his
computer related studies and adding various other business studies.
Mike then took these combined skill sets
to gain employment assisting in CAD design and machining at a small
machine shop in Kokomo, IN.
Mike has now joined us at Holley &
Associates Design LLC to maximize his skills in one place and to further
help us continue to serve our clients with the professional integrity
that has helped us grow into the business we are today.
