garden patios and various motor house configurations, while keeping
a combination of both period and more modern and open interior style
plan arrangements.

KEY FEATURES:
All brick exterior with limestone accents and brick front garden patio area,
with or without brick fence wall.

Multiple configurations for motor house location and access, either side,
or rear, depending on building site.

Multiple foundation configurations, basement or crawl space.
